United Nations Says to Go Vegan

Many people are aware of animal rights activists and how they wish people to go vegan to help the animals.

Still fewer people know of the work of T. Colin Campbell in The China Study and Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn and Dr. Joel Fuhrman and PCRM (Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine) and how a plant-based diet can prevent or reverse in many cases heart disease, cancer and diabetes along with a host of many other diseases.

However, even fewer know about the connection between raising livestock for food and climate change and destruction.

The United Nations, however, is very aware of this as is Dr. Richard Oppendlander in his book “Food Choice and Sustainability”

Where he itemizes how all of this fits together. So, as T. Colin Campbell says in his new book “Whole”, adopting a plant-based diet is ONE ACTION that yields multiple benefits and solves multiple problems: animal abuse, human disease which causes misery, grief and economic burden on the economy, and climate change and environmental destruction.

Please watch the video and read the book and adopt a plant-based diet if you haven’t already done so.
